I've been working with the Douglass team for the last three years to perform maintenance and service on my BMW 3 series. Each time, they take a systematic approach to solving maintenance problems, working closely to keep you informed on estimated repair time and price. In the past, they have often found issues caused by other shops/dealers - including a time where the tires were installed incorrectly. I would recommend Douglas to everyone.

Employees at desk did not wear masks. Clearly not interested in public safety. When I asked one of them to please put on his mask so I could approach the counter and pick up my car, he stated he did not have one. Really????? I will not frequent this business again.

They communicated to me the issues in an easy and detailed manner. Chuck the service Mgr was very helpful and great to work with. I was very happy with their work and completion time.
